An Open Letter From The Founding Partner

 

Dear Portland, ME:

I’ve recently moved to this fine city from Brooklyn, NY where I worked with Artists, Community Partners, Funders, Educators, and City Agencies. With me, I bring more than ten years of administrative experience, a Masters degree in Nonprofit Visual Art Administration, and a penchant for efficiency.

After looking around at the incredible cultural activity that is already in the works, Your Art Partner was born out of a desire to provide high quality administrative and consulting services to Portland’s thriving and creative community. YAP could be most valuable to a nonprofit in need of some seasonal heavy lifting, desiring to further their reach, or to increase impact; to the team hoping to show the value of some extra hands; or for artists in need of some career coaching. For examples, please view our services tab in the menu. 

My aim is to use the administrative skill set that I’ve acquired to support your mission and visionary goals in order to launch your programs and projects into the next level of excellence.

I hope to hire additional partners who possess their own specialties, providing new jobs and external services, as well as to organize professional development forums and events for creative professionals.
